The text says it all, really. From Penicuik towards Peebles, just on the left side of the road, you encounter this small valley with a burn running through it. It is so different from the rest of the route, which is becoming a bit, you know, dirty/big-city/driving-to-work-like around these parts. That's why we stopped here.
