Coming from the south on the A701, you come upon the very place where River Tweed takes its rise. On the right side of the road is the field where this all happens (there is a picture of the field somewhere), and on the left a parkingspace with this sculpture, depicting the complete history and the course of the river, from its well all the way to the North Sea.
